
Allison Moores
Allison Moores is a high school student and a published author. She's an avid bioinformatician and has contributed to scientific research on pancreatic cancer. Allison believes that machine learning and Al can help scientists recognize ways in which viruses interact with our body and lead to cancer. Allison studied virology and immunology with the late Dr. Michael Oldstone, a world-renowned scientist and National Academy of Sciences member, and in the process learned the true value of mentorship. Her research on cervical cancer utilizes machine learning and her scientific paper on the subject awaits publication. Allison is dedicated to global youth cancer prevention, research, and advocacy.
